4 large kale leaves
1/2 frozen banana
Small handful of frozen grapes
Small handful of goji berries
1tsp fermented cod liver oil
1/2 tsp flax meal
1/2 tsp bee pollen
1/2 tsp chaga
1/2 tsp camu camu
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup raw milk (coconut water is a great vegan substitute)
Blend on high in vitamix and serve to happy, grabby hands!
