makes 5 cups

3 small heads of bok choy
1 granny smith apple
1/2 cup green melon
1/4 cup sprouted walnuts
1 teaspoon honey (wild and raw)
½ inch fresh ginger
2 cups of green tea ( I used a green rooibos)
1 cup ice cubes
Optional Superfoods
1tsp camu camu
1tsp maca
1 tsp chaga

Blend everything on high in vitamix, and feel the gratitude!
